1 cup butter
2/3 cup light corn syrup or Karo syrup
1-1/4 cup brown sugar
1 t baking soda

1 9 oz. bag of Old Dutch Puffcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Empty bag of puff corn in large roaster.

In 2 quart sauce pan melt butter, corn syrup and brown sugar together over medium heat. Once mixture has melted, add baking soda - this will cause the mixture to foam.

Pour caramel mixture over puffcorn and stir until mixed.

Bake at 250 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

When done pour on wax paper, let dry and break apart.
