1 1/2 lbs groud beef
1 1/2 C bread crumbs
1 C milk
1 egg, beaten
1 t salt
1/2 t each pepper, celery salt and garlic salt
1/4 C minced onion
1 T Worcestershire sauce
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs and mil together, let stand. Break up meat, add egg, onion, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. After milk has been absorbed into the bread crumbs, add to meat mixture and mix together well. Make into a loaf in a greased shallow baking dish. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
