1 low sugar or 50/50 graham cracker crust
1 8 ox. package cream cheese
1 cup splenda sugar substitute
1 regular size container of cool whip
1 can splenda sweetened cherry pie filling
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese
Whip cream cheese and add sugar substitute a little at a time until well blended
Add vanilla and blend
Add cool whip a little at a time.
Blend 1st 3/4 cool whip in with a blender and then bold in last part by hand
Pour pie mix into graham cracker crust
Refrigerate until firm or overnight
Top with pie filling.

This is Uncle Royce's Pie since he cannot have the regular cherry cream cheese pie we all love. This pie will be firmer than the regular one.
You can take this to pot lucks if there is someone there who has to watch their sugar intake.
