Crust:
2 C graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
1/3 C sugar

Filling:
2 8-oz packages cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 pint sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and crumbs together - mold into 9x13 pan

Blend cream cheese (softened), 3 egg yolks, sugar and vanilla together. Beat egg whites until almost stiff and fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust and back at 350º for 20 minutes. cool at least 1 hour

Combine sour cream, vanilla and sugar - pour on top of cake - bake at 350º for 10 min.
