2-3 Chicken breasts
Onion
Garlic
Olive Oil
Large bag of spinach (fresh or frozen)
2 egg whites + 1 whole egg
1 cup Orzo
Bag of mini meatballs
Large container chicken broth
Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken, onion and garlic in oil

Add chicken broth and spinach and let cook 15 minutes

Add beaten eggs, 1 cup Orzo and meatballs

Cook 5 minutes

Top with Parmesan cheese
