2 c. White Sugar
1 1/2 c. Oil
4 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 c. Grated Carrots
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 c. Flour

Icing:
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Margarine
2-3 c. Icing Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift all dry ingredients together; add to first mixture. Mix well. Fold in grated carrots. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350º for 50-60miutes.
