1 Pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb. Sausage, browned and crumbled
1 8oz. block cream cheese
10 eggs beaten
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups of shredded mild cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°
In 9"x13" pan, spray lightly with Pam and unroll crescent rolls to cover the bottom and seal perforations.
Mix browned, crumbled sausage with cream cheese while warm. Spread over crescent rolls.
Beat 10 eggs: add Italian Seasoning and cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Mix and pour over sausage/cream cheese and crescent rolls.
Cook on 325° for about 30-40 minutes. Knife inserted in center will come out clean when done. Cut into approximately 2" x 2" pieces when firm but still hot.
