1 #2 can Bing cherries
2 tbsp sugar
2 strips orange peel
1 strip lemon peel
3/4 teas arrowroot dissolved in water
1/2 cup brandy
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cherries and set aside. Heat the juice with the sugar and peels. Return cherries and heat through. Thicken with the arrowroot.

Heat the brandy. Ignite and pour over the cherry mixture. Spoon the cherry sauce over vanilla ice cream and serve immediately.
