8 medium size zucchini
4 large onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped

3 cups sugar
2-1/2 cups cider vinegar
1 cup water
2 teas turmeric
2 teas celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the zucchini, onions, and peppers. Cover all with ice water and 1/2 cup salt. Let stand at least 1 hour. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes.

Add the vegetables to the boiling liquid and cook 10-15 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
