1 Pound Dark Chocolate, Chopped
3 Sticks Unsalted Butter
1-13 Ounce Can Dulce De Leche
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
6 Large Eggs
1-2/3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2-1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Instant Coffee Granules
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Melt butter, one pound chocolate, and dulce de leche in the microwave for about 60 seconds, stir. Repeat in 30 second increments until chocolate is melted. Mix flour, cocoa, salt and coffee granules in a separate bowl.
Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla into the chocolate mixture. Then slowly stir in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans. Mix thoroughly. Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30-45 minutes. Do not over bake. Test for doneness with a wooden toothpick. As soon as the toothpick comes out almost clean, remove brownies from the oven. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Carefully remove and place on a plate.
