1 lb. boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup flour
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 lemon
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Pound each chicken cutlet to 1/8 inch thickness. On waxed paper, combine flour, salt and pepper. Beat egg and milk in small bowl. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then flour to coat. In large skillet over medium high heat, melt 2 tbsp margarine or butter. Cook chicken on both sides until lightly brown and tender, about 5-10 minutes. Remove to platter; keep warm. Cut lemon in half. From 1/2, squeeze 1 tbsp juice. Thinly slice remaining half; set aside. Into drippings in skillet, over low heat, stir lemon juice, water and 4 tbsp butter; cook until butter is melted, stirring to loosen any brown bits from bottom of skillet. Pour over chicken and garnish with lemon slices.
