Ingredients: Cinnamon-sugar filling 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 21/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg pinch of cardomom 6 large eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon almond extract 1 cup thick cultured sour cream Cinnamon Sour Cream Coffe Cake Batter 3 cups flour 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspon nutmeg 1/8 allspice'1/8 teaspoon cadomom 1/2 lb butter 1 3 ounce softened package cream cheese 21/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons white sugar

Directions:1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease tube pan and line the bottom with wax paper and grease. Dust with flour. 2. Combine filling in a bowl. 3. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and spices twice together. 4. Cream butter and cream cheese, adding white sugar in three additions. Blend in eggs one at a time. Blend in vanilla and almond extract. 5. Add dry ingredients in 2 additions. 6. Spoon half of batter into pan Spoon in cinnnamon-sugar mixture. Spoon remaining batter in. 7. Swirl the batter with a knife gently. 8. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes and coll for 10 minutes then turn out. |
