1 1/2 Cups Vanilla Wafer Crumbs (crushed fine)
1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/3 Cup Butter
2 Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
3 (8oz) Room Temperature Cream Create Cheeses
1 (14oz) Can Sweetened Condense Milk
4 Room Temperature Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 300F. In a large mixing bowl mix together crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, cocoa and butter or margarine by hand. Press ingredients into a 9 inch spring form pan. In the top of a double boiler melt the chocolate chips making sure they are very smooth. In a large bowl beat cream cream cheese until fluffy with a electric mixer. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add in order melted chocolate, eggs and vanilla. Beat with an a mixer until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended. Pour the filling into the prepared crust. Bake at 300 F for 55 minutes. The cake will seem under cooked in the center but will continue to cook. Refrigerate overnight. * After the cake has baked, turn off the oven open the door slightly and leave the cake in there for an hour or so.
