3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
3 Tbl Butter, Softened
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
4 Tbl Heavy Whipping Cream ( or enough to make a good peanut buttery texture )

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl cream together 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla add egg and beat well.
2) In another bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add these dry ingredients to the creamy mixture. Stir add oatmeal stir.
3) Drop by really small teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet and press each mound down with a fork to form 1/4 thick cookies. It can help to run the fork under hot warm. Bake at 350F for ten minutes or until the edges barely start to turn color.
4) To make filling: Cream together 3 tbl butter with sugar peanut butter and cream. Spread filling onto half the cooking and top with other half to form sandwiches.
