6 c sliced apples [Sliced tart apples [7 med apples]
1/3 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/4 c butter
1/3 c pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan, Pare core and slice apples
Layer apples in pan and sprinkle with sugar. In bowl mix brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and pecans. Sprinkle evenly over the fruit. Bake 45 minutes or until apples are tender
