1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
2 oz. cream cheese
1.5 cup sour cream
2 egg whites

Large Cool Whip
1 box Hershey White Chocolate Pudding (or Jello Cheesecake pudding)
8 oz. cream cheese
White Chocolate Bar (for shaving)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar

Desired Toppings: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries,chocolate chips, etc...

Preheat oven to 300 º...grease 2 round, 9' cake pans
Mix box of cake mix with 2 oz. of cream cheese and 1.5 cups of sour cream. Add 2 egg whites and mix well. Add to cake pans, bake for 30 minutes and let cool. Test center of cake with knife...done when it comes out clean.When cool, cut into 1 inch cubes.

In another bowl, mix box of pudding and after it thickens, add 1/2 container of the Cool Whip.

In third bowl, soften cream cheese and add 1 tsp. vanilla with at least, 1/2 cup sugar and the rest of Cool Whip.

In trifle dish, start with layer of cake cubes, shave white chocolate on top of that and add 1/2 of pudding mix. repeat cake and white chocolate and add layer of cream cheese. add 3rd layer of cake and white chocolate with last half of pudding mix.

Add desired toppings.

Chill for 1 hour.
