Bar ingredients- 1st layer
1/2 C. butter or oleo
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. chop nuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Filling- 2nd layer
6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. oleo or butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chop nuts
6 oz. package semi sweet chocolate pieces

Frosting- 3rd layer
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. miniature marshmellow
2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. oleo or butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13X9 pan. Spoon flour into cup, in large double boiler over low heat melt 1/2 c. oleo and 1 oz. choc. Add remaining Bar ingredients, mix well. spread in prepared pan. In small bowl combine 6 oz. cream cheese with rest 5 filling ingredients. Blend until smooth & fluffy. Stir in nuts. Spread over choc. mixture. Sprinkle with choc. pieces. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 35 mins. until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with 2 c. marshmallow & bake 2 mins. longer. Over heat melt 1/4 c. oleo, 1 oz. choc., 2 oz. cream cheese & milk. Stir in powdered sugar & vanilla. Pour smoothly and quickly over pan & swirl. Refrigerate.
