CRUST:
1 ¼ c. chocolate cookie crumbs (20 cookies)
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. butter or margarine, melted
FILLING:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Grated chocolate or chocolate cookie crumbs, optional

Directions:
Combine crust ingredients; press into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. Cool. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Gently spoon into crust. Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs if desired. Refrigerate.
