Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 pounds skinless chicken thighs or breasts
½ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup honey
3 tablespoons lime juice (I am sure lemon would also work)
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated ginger root
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
½ teaspoon each ground cumin and paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken in a shallow glass dish.
Pour sauce over chicken and turn pieces to coat well.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in fridge (30 minutes to overnight or not at all).

Bake uncovered in a 350 º F. oven. Baste the chicken a couple of times with the sauce.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
There is lots of sauce and I pour it off and let it sit until cold in the fridge. Remove the fat. This is now great in stir fries or can be served reheated on the chicken.

The meat can also be BBQ. This makes lots of chicken but Brenda and Claire like it cold the next day. It can also be reheated in the microwave.
