2 cups mashed pumpkin
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
2 heaping tablespoons self-rising flour
½ cup evaporated milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well . Bake shells for about 5 mins. Add 2 cups of filling per pie and then distribute evenly the remaining filling.
Bake at 350ºF for 25 – 30mins. Makes two pies.
