1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. pork
1 c. cracker crumbs 1 egg
juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. milk
water ir diluted tomato soup bacon strips (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together well. Barely cover with hot water or diluted tomato soup. Optional: bacon strips on top when 1/2 done. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
