1 quart oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbs sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk
2 beaten eggs
1 Tbs oil
3 cups apples - peeled and chopped
1 cup cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil to 375º In a large bowl, stir the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour in milk, eggs, and oil. Stir until well blended. Mix in apples. Drop spoonfuls into the hot oil and fry until golden on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from oil, drain, and roll in cinnamon sugar.
