3 Large eggs or 6 yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 2/3 cups whole milk
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9 inch uncooked pie shell.
Bake at 450º for 1st 15 minutes. Reduce Heat to 350º and continue baking until knife comes out clean......test slightly away from the center.
If cooking as custard pudding, set pan in water to bake.
