2 packages yeast 1/2 c warm water 1 1/2 c warm milk 1/4 c sugar 1 T salt 3 eggs 1/4 c butter 7-71/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. .Stir in milk, sugar ,salt and eggs, butter and 4 cups of flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Knead about 5 minutes. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down, shape in 3 loaves. Cover loaves and let rise. Bake at 425 degrees 20-25 minutes.
