3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp xanthium gum powder
1 tsp vinegar
2.5 cups brown rice flour

-beat together until creamy the butter, molasses, sugar and egg
-add in and mix well all the remaining ingredients
-roll dough into small balls, put on greased cookie sheet and cook @ 350 degrees for about 12 min.
