Paradise Pumpkin Pie Recipe

1 9-in. pie shell, unbaked
1 8-oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt

Bake pie shell for 3 minutes and cool completely.
Blend cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla. Spread in bottom of pie shell.
Mix 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, and remaining ingredients. Pour over cream cheese. Bake @ 350 for 50-60 minutes until firm in center. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
