1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
salt
2 Tbsp. oil
Boiling water
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal and salt, and stir in oil until crumbly. Add boiling water to a consistency for easy spooning. Stir in egg and mix well. Spoon fritter style in to hot grease and fry until brown and crispy.
