4 oz of noodles (elbows)
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
2 cups celery
1/2 cup ketchup
1 jar mushrooms (optional)
1 can tomatoes
2 t salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles as directed. While noodles cook, stir ground beef and onion in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender.
Stir in drained noodles, celery, ketchup, mushrooms (with liquid) tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover, simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
