CAKE:
2 sticks margarine
1c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sifted flour
2c. sugar
2 eggs
½ c. sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

TOPPING:
1 stick margarine
3 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. cocoa
½ tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Chopped nuts

Cake:
Mix margarine, water and cocoa in saucepan and bring to boil: set aside. Put flour and sugar in bowl and mix in first mixture. Beat eggs, sour cream, vanilla and baking soda together. Add other mixture and blend well. Bake at 375 degrees in a greased and floured jelly roll pan for 15-20 minutes.
Topping:
Bring margarine, milk, cocoa and vanilla to boil. Beat sifted confectioners sugar into mixture until fluffy. Stir in chopped nuts and pour over warm cake.
