2 Cups cubed fully cooked ham
6 to 8 medium potatoes peeled and thin sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup flour
2 Cups milk
3T fine dry bread crumbs
1T butter
2 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place half the ham in a casserole. Cover with half the potatoes and half the onion. sift half the flour over; season with salt and pepper. Repeat layering the ham, potatoes, and onion, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Sift remaining four atop. Pour milk all over.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter, sprinkle atop the casserole. Top with parsley
Bake covered at 350º for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hour.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer
