2-1/4 c sugar
1/4 c butter
1 c marshmallow creme (or 28 marshmallows)
1/4 t salt
1 c whipping cream

1 t vanilla
1 c semi-choc chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients in 3 qt heavy saucepan (use small burner on med-high heat) until mixture boils and is bubbly all over top. Use candy thermometer heat to 240*. Boil and stir 5 more mins. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients until chocolate is melted.
Stir in 1 c chopped nuts (optional). Spread in buttered 8" or 9" pan.
