One boneless pork shoulder/pork butt roast.

Marinade:

2 Cups Canola oil
25–30 clothes of garlic
Very large handful of oregano, about 1 1/2 cups

Guava glaze:

1 Jar Guava jelly
1/2 cup orange juice
1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
juice of 1 limes
2 tbs Honey

Directions:
Directions:
For the marinade put all the ingredients into a blender/food processor and blend until smooth. In a large plastic bag put the pork butt in and add the marinade and marinade 4 hours or better yet overnight.

Make the glaze

Cook in a preheated oven ay 350º and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or on a BBQ pit until done

Add the glaze 1 hour before the meat is done to get a beautiful glaze. Be careful not to glaze to soon or the sugar in the glaze will burn.
