PREPARING CRUST: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine crumbs, butter and sugar. Spray 13x9 in. baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Evenly spread the mixture into the pan using hands or a spoon. If using hands, spray with non-stick cooking spray to avoid having the ingredients stick to them. Bake for 8 to 10 min. PREPARING FILLING: Stir vanilla mix into 3 c. milk with wire whisk in medium saucepan. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour over graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Cook chocolate pudding layer the same way. Pour over the vanilla layer and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 4 hrs. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
