2 egg whites
4 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla. Pile on pie and bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 18 min.
