1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 4 large eggs 2 c. pumpkin 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 2/3 c. Bisquick 4 T. butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt
Blend all ingredients on low speed for 3 min. Pour into a greased 10 in. pie pan or greased 8 in. sq. pan. Bake 15 min. at 425 degrees, then reduce to 350 degrees for another 35 min. Cool and serve. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
