1 cup chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 cup cold water
1- 3 and 3/4 oz pkg of vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup dark rum
1/2 cup salad oil

Glaze
1/4 pound butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan. Pour nuts only in bottom of bundt pan. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour over nuts. Bake one hour and cool inverted on serving plate. Prick top.

Glaze- Melt butter in saucepan, stir in water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat add rum. Drizzle and soak glaze over top and sides of cooled cake.
