Preheat oven to 350

3 lb. bag of frozen hash browns with peppers & onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix first 6 ingredients

Pour into a non stick pan (spray with cooking spray to help prevent sticking)

Dot with butter and parmesan cheese

Bake uncovered for approximately 1 hour, or until hot and bubbly
