1-1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/3 tsp. allspice
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
9 in. pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, spices and mix well. Add eggs and milk, combine together. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
