1 graham cracker pie crust or individual tart shells
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 medium sized limes
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the zest of 2 to 3 limes and juice all three. Combine lime juice, zest, condensed milk, and egg yolks and beat until creamy. Pour into pie crust or tart shells. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Can be served with whipped cream or meringue, but awesome on its own. A perfect summer desert! Yield: 1 (8 in.) pie or 6 to 8 tart shells.
