1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 T. fresh grated lime peel
1/2 c. fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
yolks of 2 large eggs
8 in. (6 oz.) store bought graham cracker crust or 9 in. homemade graham cracker crust

Directions:
In large bowl, combine condescend milk, lime peel, juice and salt. Add yolks; using electric mixer at high speed, beat 1 to 2 min. or until thickened. Pour into crumb crust. Chill at least 2 hrs., or until set. Top with whipped topping of choice. Yield: 8 servings.
