"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 stick of butter
veggie or olive oil
lemon pepper seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat over to 375 degrees. In a deep dish pan big enough to cook the chicken place aluminum foil-make sure it covers the entire pan. Place a little bit of oil at the bottom of the foil before placing the chicken in it. Mix the stick butter and lemon pepper seasoning(to taste). Once mixed place under the skin of the chicken. **I like to put a little more oil on the outside of the chicken and then sprinkle more seasoning all over the chicken for more flavor*** Place chicken in the pan and cover it with the foil. Cook for 1 hour. Take chicken out of oven turn the chicken over and cover with foil and cook apprx 30 more minutes depending on the size of your chicken. Once you take it out and it looks like it is almost done place back in the over uncovered to brown a little bit(apprx 15 mins).
