1-1/2 c roasted, unsalted peanuts (if salted, omit salt)
1 c sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
1/2 t salt
1 t butter
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Line a shallow baking pan with foil. Butter the foil and spatula. Combine nuts, sugar, corn syrup and salt in 6-cup microwave safe bowl. Cook, uncovered, 4 mins on high; stir well, cook 4 mins longer on high. Mixture should be boiling. Stir in butter and vanilla. Microwave 2 mins on high. Add baking soda and stir until light and foamy. Quickly pour in prepared pan and spread to 1/4" thickness. Let cool. Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
