1 lb of lump crab (great blue brand)
2/3 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
3 Tbsp. real mayo
Fresh parsley, chives and basil
Seasoning: Old Bay, celery seed, mustard powder, dill weed, sea salt, black pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 small cooking onion
1 T. flour
1 small jalapeno
2 medium eggs
3 cloves garlic
olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. hot onion mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté diced red pepper, onion, jalapeno, garlic in olive oil. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. form into patties. pan fry 5-6 mins on each side in olive oil on medium heat.

Basil Mayo-10 basil leaves, 2/3 cups real mayo, I tsp. ground red pepper, 1 tsp. hot octon mustard.
