3 EGGS BEATEN
1.25 C SUGAR
3 TBLSP BAKING POWDER
1.25 C OIL
2 TBLSP ANISE EXTRACT
3 C FLOUR

Directions:
Directions:
GREASE 1/2 SHEET COOKIE TRAY. BEAT EGGS, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER TOGETHER. ADD OIL, ANISE AND FLOUR. COMBINE WELL. SPREAD ONTO COOKIE SHEET.

BAKE 25 MIN. IN A 350º OVEN. REMOVE FROM OVEN. RAISE OVEN TO 425º. CUT TOAST INTO SLICES. LAY TOAST ON ITS SIDE AND TOAST UNTIL GOLDEN; TURN AND REPEAT.
