CAKE
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey Cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
1 c. strong coffee
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

ICING
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
1 pound powder sugar
4 T. milk or more if necessary

CAKE
Combine dry ingredients then mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake at 350º until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

ICING
Combine butter, shortening, vanilla and milk. Add powder sugar.
Mix well, then add peanut butter.If needed add more milk 1 T. at a time until desired consistency. Frost Cake.
