Ingredients:  
1 lb. round steak, cut 1/2 inch squares
2 T. butter
1 small head (4 cups) cauliflower, separated into flowerettes
1 green pepper, 3/4 inch pieces
1/4 soy sauce
1 clove garlic
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. beef broth or water
1 c. green onions with tops, sliced
3 c. hot cooked rice

Brown meat in butter about 5 minutes. Add cauliflower, green pepper, soy sauce, and garlic. Stir lightly to coat vegetables with soy sauce. Cover pan and simmer until vegetables are barely tender, about 10 minutes. Blend cornstarch, sugar, and broth, Add to meat mixture with green onions. Cook. stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated and sauce is thickened. Serve over beds of rice,
