2 STICKS BUTTER
2.5 C SUGAR
3C FLOUR
6 EGGS SEPARATED
1/2 PINT SOUR CREAM (1C)
1/2 TEA BAKING SODA

Directions:
Directions:
SEPARATE EGGS. WHIP EGG WHITES STILL STIFF. SET ASIDE. CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR. ADD, ALTERNATELY SOUR CREAM, FLOUR AND BAKING SODA. FOLD IN EGG WHITES.

BAKE AT 350º FOR 1-1.5 HRS, UNTIL PICK COMES OUT CLEAN.
