8 slices bread, cubed
1-½ shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 oz link smoked sausage, browned and cut into bite-sized pieces
4 eggs, beaten
2-½ c milk
¾ t dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Placed cubed bread in bottom of buttered 9x13 dish. Top with cheese and sausage. Beat eggs with milk and mustard. Refrigerate casserole overnight. Next day dilute soup with milk. Pour over. Bake 300º 90 mins or until set in the middle.
