1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 cup raw organic agave nectar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup blanched almond flour
1 xanthan gum
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup organic raw walnuts, toasted and chopped
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (gluten free) Enjoy Life

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine oil, agave and vanilla. In a medium bowl combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, walnuts, coconut and chocolate chips. Stir dry ingredients into wet, mixing thoroughly. Form dough into 1 inch balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins until golden brown around the edges. Cool completely...then serve.
