2/3 C. sugar
1/3 C. Karo syrup
2 Tbsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat with electric mixer in double boiler until stiff and forms peaks, about 7 - 10 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in 1 tsp. vanilla. Frost chocolate cake and drizzle bitter chocolate over the top.
